About the brand

Mussi was founded in 2020 by designer and artist Mila Harris-Mussi. She makes practical garments crafted to stand the test of time. Mila’s practice is centred in exploring the histories, stories, myths and rituals associated with textile making, as well as finding inspiration in colours, textures, pattern and structure from textiles around the world.

Mila designs from her studio in Gloucestershire rooting Mussi in sustainable design, combined with traditional processes. This results in high quality, low waste garments. Limited runs are made from natural fibres at a small knitwear factory in the UK.

UK Shipping options

Standard shipping 3-5 working days: Flat rate fee of £4.99 across all orders

Express shipping 1-2 working days: Premium fee of £7.99 across all orders

Please note that shipping times may vary from those estimated. 

Europe & International shipping

We do not ship outside of the UK due to the carbon emissions associated with doing so. 

We believe in supporting local businesses, so if you are outside of the UK and would like to buy one of our products, we would encourage you to research craftspeople local to you. 

Returns

We kindly ask that you double check your measurements and requirements before making a purchase, in order to reduce the carbon emissions of shipping returns. If you have any questions about a particular item, we will be happy to help and advise. Please send us an email to hello@mimmostudios.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mimmostudios.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit being returned, so recommend you use a tracked or signed postal service to avoid issue. We will also require proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and sales are final;

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),
  • Original artworks
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products),
  • Earrings,
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
  • Sale items,
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
