Storing your jewels in a soft line box or in a pouch, away from other jewellery to avoid rubbing and scratching. Ideally you want to store your jewellery in a dark, cool and dry place.

Ruth Leslie has been making joyful sculptural jewellery since 2015, and each piece is hand made by Ruth from 100% Recycled Sterling Silver in her Edinburgh studio. Inspired by the textures in fabrics and the intricate constructions of textile machinery, her signature twisted wire technique reflects the details she finds. We love the combination of the playful construction and elegant, timeless design.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mimmostudios.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit being returned, so recommend you use a tracked or signed postal service to avoid issue. We will also require proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and sales are final;

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),
• Original artworks
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products),
• Earrings,
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
• Sale items,
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
