A gently exfoliating hand cleanser with our English Ortega Grape Extract that helps to repair and hydrate the skin.

Crushed walnut shell buffs away dead skin cells whilst our English Ortega Grape Vine Extract repairs and hydrates the skin to leave hands soft and healed. Subtle notes of Rose, Tomato and Labdanum.

Daily ritual:
Pump a small amount of cleanser onto wet hands and massage together to create a lather. Continue to massage between fingers and knuckles whilst rinsing with hot water. Pat dry with a cotton towel. Apply your favourite hand cream after use to lock in moisture.

About the brand

Pelegrims was founded by Alex Verier - previously director at skincare brand Haeckels - and Jerome Moisan - a sommelier trained former tech executive. Combining their expertise in sustainability and winemaking, they have created a low intervention skincare brand which works in harmony with the skin. ‘Low intervention’ refers to the winemaking process which is not overly manipulated or added to. In Pelegrims case, this means allowing for nature to dictate the course, and being reminded of the virtues of patience.

The Pelegrims range is made from waste products of the winemaking process, which they source from Westwell Wines Vineyard in the North Downs of Kent.

“Our intention is to always formulate skincare products that work with the body to let it heal and rejuvenate from the stresses of daily life.”

Standard shipping 3-5 working days: Flat rate fee of £4.99 across all orders

Express shipping 1-2 working days: Premium fee of £7.99 across all orders

Please note that shipping times may vary from those estimated. 

Europe & International shipping

We do not ship outside of the UK due to the carbon emissions associated with doing so. 

We believe in supporting local businesses, so if you are outside of the UK and would like to buy one of our products, we would encourage you to research craftspeople local to you. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mimmostudios.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit being returned, so recommend you use a tracked or signed postal service to avoid issue. We will also require proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned;

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products),
  • Earrings,
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
  • Sale items,
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
