The promoter is MIMMO Studios Limited whose registered office is at 13 Grosvenor Road, Gloucester, GL2 0SA
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of MIMMO Studios.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To enter, each order at MIMMO Studios in store (MIMMO Studios, 6-7 Montpellier Walk, Cheltenham, GL50 1SD) or online (mimmostudios.com) will be eligible for a ‘tombola ticket’ and will be eligible to win a prize which will be added to their order.
Orders must: have a value of £25 or over excluding postage and packaging costs and be made between 08:00 1st July 2023 and 00:00 9th July 2023
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple orders from the same person will be fulfilled but only the first qualifying order will be eligible for a prize.
Prizes are limited. In the event all prizes have been claimed before the final closing date of 00:00 9th July 2023, the offer will end.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. In store (MIMMO Studios, 6-7 Montpellier Walk, Cheltenham, GL50 1SD), when a qualifying order has been made, a numbered ball will be chosen at random from the tombola machine. The corresponding prize will be fulfilled in store and the transaction will be considered complete.

Online
Online (mimmostudios.com), when a qualifying order has been made, a numbered ball will be chosen at random from the tombola machine. The customer will be notified by email immediately. If the prize is a physical item, it will be dispatched by post alongside the order which has been made. If the prize is fulfilled digitally, the prize will be sent via email.
Qualifying online orders made during this promotion which win a prize are non refundable.
The winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Winners will not be contacted by any other party regarding this promotion. Correspondence will be via email only from hello@mimmostudios.com.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

A Night Stay and Dinner at Thyme
This prize includes a gift voucher for a one-night stay at Thyme, inclusive of breakfast and a meal for two people in the Ox Barn. Any further food, drinks and services during the stay are not included. The Gift Voucher must be redeemed within one year of issue.
Gift Vouchers are subject to hotel availability. Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed on black out dates, bank holidays or where exclusions apply. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable for other goods or services or as a monetary value. Thyme reserves the right to make amendments to the content of the voucher.
A Cheltenham Festivals Gift Certificate
Gift certificate value £35. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months and are redeemable against tickets for any of the following festivals as well as the Cheltenham Festivals membership scheme: Cheltenham Music Festival 8 - 15 July 2023, The Times and The Sunday Times Cheltenham Literature Festival 6 - 15 October 2023, Cheltenham Jazz Festival 1 - 6 May 2024, Cheltenham Science Festival 4 - 9 June 2024
