Girls Who Grind are a pro-coffee, anti-patriarchy speciality coffee roastery based in Frome, Somerset. Founded by Fi O'Brien and Casey LaLonde, their aim is to support the most important people in the coffee industry - the women who make it.
Working exclusively with female farmers and producers, they proudly support their suppliers with a 'Cheek to Cheek' initiative, giving 10% of sales straight back to their partners to support them, as well as telling the incredible stories of their work.
