The Cawley Studio Ivy Sheepskin Coat is a work of art.

With a geometric pattern bold enough to turn Rothko's head, the workmanship which has gone into the Ivy coat is evident. Made from a patchwork of squares and rectangles, the shearling sheepskin is reversible, doubling as a suede jacket and a shearling jacket.

Featuring patch pockets, horn buttons and a removable belt, the coat is a super functional winter staple. With a regular fit at the shoulders and across the chest, the coat has additional swing at the hem to create its generous shape.

Each Cawley Studio garment is individually hand cut and made in London, UK, honouring the crafts of pattern cutting and tailoring.

Cawley Studio garments are designed for a generous, relaxed fit. This coat fits true to size. Cawley Studio recommend turning the coat suede side in for rainy weather, as the shearling side has naturally rain repellent properties.

Care Instructions

We advise to turn your jacket so the fur is on the outside when if rains. This will offer protection to the suede. If you stain or mark your jacket, we find a suede brush or eraser helps to remove the stain. However, do use this lightly and read instructions from the supplier of the brush/eraser first. We would not recommend spraying your jacket with any protection. Please be aware, colour from the suede can rub off and discolour lighter garments worn underneath.

Fits comfortably across the shoulder, with a generous fit through the frame.

About the brand

Hannah Cawley founded her brand in 2017, with the aim of creating everyday clothes that celebrate quality craftsmanship, natural fabrics and British manufacturing. Each garment is designed to be functional, timeless and lasting and every piece is hand cut and made in London.

Paring back to only two collections per year, Hannah always begins with fabrics. Either looking to previous collections to see what can be carried forward - testament to the timelessness of her collections - or looking to the vintage Victorian garments she collects for inspiration.

“The collections are made to be timeless, I don’t think a seasonal concept works for my brand or the way I design.”
