London Terrariums’ was born in 2014 as a way for Emma and her team to carry forth their love for gardening without the need for physical garden spaces to work with. Each Globe is adapted from their original boiling flasks, using recycled, eco-friendly and antique glass where possible, centring conscious practices at the heart of what they do.
Making all their terrariums in London, UK, the team are contagiously passionate about cultivating organic miniature gardens through what they do. All in-store purchases are non-refundable.
Within 7 days, we can offer an exchange for item(s) of the same value, or a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date and will be sent to the customer via email.
We kindly ask that you double check your measurements and requirements before making a purchase, in order to reduce the carbon emissions of shipping returns. If you have any questions about a particular item, we will be happy to help and advise. Please send us an email to email@example.com.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit being returned, so recommend you use a tracked or signed postal service to avoid issue. We will also require proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
