Designed and hand painted in Madrid, the co-founders (and sisters) of Romualda have captured the essence of summer with the Reversible Gran Bucket Hat.
Available in three designs, every metre of fabric is meticulously hand painted by Cristina who mixes each colour by eye creating wearable art. We love the bold and playful brushstroke designs.
With plain cream coloured cotton on the inside, the hats are reversible. For a more pared back outfit, flip the hat plain side out and lift the brim the reveal the pattern underneath.
Due to the hand painting technique, each hat is slightly different and totally unique.
Perfect on a Summer's day we love the Gran Bucket Hat paired with the Romualda Lagoa Swimsuit, or wear in the city with a casual outfit which includes the Hiut Eira Jeans in Ecru.

Founded by sisters Cristina and Mariana in Madrid, Spain, the pair are an artist and designer duo who are the creators of Romualda.
The goal of the brand is to create a universe of unique and exquisite products which fuse craftsmanship, artistic expression and timeless design. The intention is for each piece to last longer than a lifetime and to be passed down through generations as an antidote to reckless consumption.
Ensuring maximum transparency and traceability, the pair carefully select their suppliers based on these principles, and are unwavering in their dedication to creativity - every hat is hand painted by Cristina in her studio in Madrid.

In Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are non-refundable.
Within 7 days, we can offer an exchange for item(s) of the same value, or a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date and will be sent to the customer via email.
Online Purchases
We kindly ask that you double check your measurements and requirements before making a purchase, in order to reduce the carbon emissions of shipping returns. If you have any questions about a particular item, we will be happy to help and advise. Please send us an email to hello@mimmostudios.com.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mimmostudios.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit being returned, so recommend you use a tracked or signed postal service to avoid issue. We will also require proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
