Pelegrims was founded by Alex Vrier - previously director at skincare brand Haeckels - and Jerome Moisan - a sommelier trained former tech executive. Combining their expertise in sustainability and winemaking, they have created a low intervention skincare brand which works in harmony with the skin. ‘Low intervention’ refers to the winemaking process which is not overly manipulated or added to. In Pelegrims case, this means allowing for nature to dictate the course, and being reminded of the virtues of patience.
The Pelegrims range is made from waste products of the winemaking process, which they source from Westwell Wines Vineyard in the North Downs of Kent.
“Our intention is to always formulate skincare products that work with the body to let it heal and rejuvenate from the stresses of daily life.”
