About the brand
Zosia Ceramics is the creative practice of Sophie Fletcher, a ceramicist based in East Cambridgeshire, working from her dad’s garage just outside Cambridge. Since first discovering pottery in 2018, Sophie has developed a distinctive approach to functional ceramics, creating mugs, dishes and vases that celebrate individuality, comfort and the quiet rituals of home life.
Her work is deeply personal, shaped by memories of her Polish heritage, visiting family, sharing tea, and observing the beauty of everyday objects. This influence can be seen in her thoughtful forms and expressive surfaces, where no two pieces are ever the same. Sophie embraces the imperfections of handmade work, allowing each piece to carry its own story and sense of character.
After years working in university libraries, and following a period of personal loss, Sophie made the decision to pursue ceramics full-time in 2025. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion-led business rooted in authenticity and care.
Sustainability plays a quiet but important role in her practice, from recycling clay to using plastic-free packaging where possible. At its core, Zosia Ceramics is about creating meaningful, tactile pieces, objects to be used, held, and cherished in everyday life.

In Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are non-refundable.
Within 7 days, we can offer an exchange for item(s) of the same value, or a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue date and will be sent to the customer via email.
Online Purchases
We kindly ask that you double check your measurements and requirements before making a purchase, in order to reduce the carbon emissions of shipping returns. If you have any questions about a particular item, we will be happy to help and advise. Please send us an email to hello@mimmostudios.com.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mimmostudios.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit being returned, so recommend you use a tracked or signed postal service to avoid issue. We will also require proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
